If anyone sees him, can they give me a shout? He went missing around the Tinryland/Ballybar area of Carlow, Ireland, at 7.30am today.. His name is Charlie, he's about 13yrs old and suffers with Spondylitis so he'll look like his legs are trembling.. If seen, please contact me
