1 year old male beagle, black body, brown head and shanks, white underbody and legs, answers to Harvey Best St Patricks day ever, the best dog in ireland was located by my excellent brother near tolka valley park, missing for approx 24 hours, very distressed and in a bit of pain because some dick damaged his tail, but otherwise in good shape.
