dog lost on 13 Jul 2010 in Dublin 6W

I’m looking or a dog named Max or Maxi. He’s a black Lakeland terrier with wiry curly hair, and a little patch of white on his chest/under his chin. Male. He has a short stubby tail and was wearing a red collar with his name and phone number on it when last he was seen. He was untied from outside a café called Riva in the Rathgar/Harold’s cross area last night, July 13th about 8pm. A witness said it was a homeless man. He's most likely in the Dublin South area, around Dublin 6.
