Found dog on 17 Mar 2010 in Carlow Town. small but strong, black, female dog found wandering in Tullow Street,Carlow during the St. Patrick's Day parade. Wearing a collar but no tags. Owner needs to be found urgently as the dog will have to go to the pound tomorrow (18/03/10)
