Found dog on 07 Dec 2009 in Ferns, Wexford. Small Female black and white dog found between Eniscorthy and Ferns. Jack Russel Cross/ Terrier very afraid and underfed. No collar or chip.Suspecting she was either dumped or has been perhaps straying for a good while. Approx 3/4 years old at a guess. She is now in Gorey's ISPCA centre: 087 6392531
