black dog, medium size, possibly spaniel cross lab, bit white chest, male, collar but no tag, longish hair, flop down ears,about 18 inches to shoulder, friendly.he latched onto other dogs no aggression around 10 am on friday 6th may south end portmarnock beach now at Baldoyle vets 00 353 18322843
