dog found on 04 Jun 2010 in Navan-Kells road

Black and tan terrier with some white on chest and right toes. Very friendly, really sweet and cute and his lower jaw sticks out more than upper jaw. Found running on the road between Navan and Kells, suffering from heat stress.
