dog found on 01 Dec 2011 in Waterford

My brother was out walking the dog this morning about 7.30am, while he was near Reginald's Tower a truck honked loudly and he bolted across the road and was hit by a car, he then ran down the road in the direction of the Bridge, we have been looking since.
