Lostdogs.ie member John Deegan has posted a huge offer of €1000 for the return of his St Bernard Dog Lance. An obviously distraught John, pictured here in happier times with his St Bernard Pack, is a huge animal lover and is desperate to get Lance back home.

Did John see the very similar St.Bernard which was on the “found” list on this website, in Athenry, Co.Galway recently? I phoned the number given and told her about John having been on the Gerry Ryan Show this morning (10th Sept) and the lady said she would follow it up. Hope John finds Lance. It is desperate when a pet goes missing. He is so big, it would be very difficult to hide him for very long. I hope he is found before his epilepsy kicks in. We will be saying prayers to St.Anthony! He still works!
